All financial transactions at bc44 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following deposit methods are currently accepted:

• Bank transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank — minimum deposit ৳500 per transaction.

• Withdrawal requests submitted before 10:00pm Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) are processed the same business day. Requests submitted after 10:00pm BST are processed by the following business day.
• bc44 may apply identity or source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal above ৳50,000. This is a standard anti-money-laundering procedure and does not imply any finding of wrongdoing.

bc44 does not charge a processing fee on standard deposits or withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Bank transfer withdrawals may be subject to fees charged by the receiving bank, over which bc44 has no control. All balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in BDT. There are no currency conversion fees.

bc44 offers a welcome bonus to new registered players, as well as ongoing promotional bonuses available to existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to players who are eligible under these Terms & Conditions and who have not previously had their bc44 account suspended or closed for a terms violation.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, bc44 will notify the account holder via their registered contact details within 72 hours of the suspension being applied. Where an account is permanently closed due to a terms violation, any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure may be forfeited at bc44's discretion, depending on the nature and severity of the violation. You may close your own account at any time by contacting bc44 support. Voluntary account closures will have any remaining real-money balance returned to the registered payment method following completion of standard verification.
